Part of the Purchasing Team and reporting to the Purchasing Manager and Key Account Managers, Customer Support Representatives source and buy materials, goods, and services on behalf of the employer to be resold or used in daily operations. You will maintain stock levels, and may also conduct research, negotiate with vendors, and interview prospective suppliers.

* Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors
* Source materials, goods, products, and services and negotiate the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
* Communicate with Key Accounts about transaction details and updates
* Conduct market research to keep ahead of emerging trends and business opportunities
* Facilitate product non-conformity communication with suppliers
* Update and maintain records of all orders, delivery information, invoices, payments, and received stock
* Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled
* Attend product launches and networking opportunities with industry professionals
* Establish professional relationships with customers as well as suppliers
* Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
* Present potential vendors to sales and purchasing team for new opportunities
* Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
* Track orders to ensure timely delivery
* Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
* Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
* Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
* Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
* Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends

* 2-3 Years industry and/or purchasing experience preferred
* Excellent Computer Skills required i.e. Microsoft Office, Order Processing Software, etc
* High-School Diploma or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

* Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Roswell, GA 30076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
