Job TitleAccount Executive - SMB Job DescriptionAs an Account Executive, you'll be fed pre-existing leads to drive software sales. Yes, you heard that correctly - thanks to a support team that gives you leads, your focus will be on generating revenue. This system works. In fact, 85% of the team met or exceeded their numbers last year and together they grew revenue. We're proud of them for that, which is why we don't cap earnings. If you keep winning, you should keep being rewarded for it. Your commission: --- Aggressive compensation plans that are uncapped with attractive accelerators. How you'll grow revenue: --- The majority of your sales leads will come from a sales and marketing support team. --- You'll interact with customers to understand their business needs and apply Sage Intacct solutions. --- Many accounting firms and CPAs believe in Sage Intacct already, so understanding which product best fits their needs will be essential. The key to success will be: --- Truly caring about customers and their business. Don't just sell them anything to close the deal. --- Fostering multiple relationships at once, knowing and talking to the right people. --- Understanding business, pipeline management and sales processes with a CRM platform (Salesforce). --- Using your support team and existing processes to stay organized during the entire sales process.
