Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced insurance sales agent to join
our agency and focus on developing a personal & commercial lines
book of business.
Responsibilities:
Receives inbound calls from individual clients or agents
Promotes and sells Personal Lines Property and Casualty products
through our partner carriers.
Explains quote proposals and finalizes sales with
customers/agents.
Explains complex policy and coverage information in simple terms to
policyholders and other interested parties.
Completes applications, mandatory forms, and all other
state-specific documents.
Maintains or exceeds sales, quality, and timely service goals.
Requirements:
Excellent sales and/ or customer service experience
Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team
environment
Computer proficiency
Bilingual English - Spanish, strong verbal and written
communication
Phone Etiquette
Full - time
