Job Description:
This job is a Federal Work Study, non-benefited position in the
Information Technology Department.
Salary: $12.00 per hour
Hours: up to 20 hours per week; Flexible, depending upon
applicant's availability.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a currently enrolled student during the semester and
eligible for our Federal Work Study Program.
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to the minimum qualifications, the following technical
competencies are preferred:
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks; Ability to handle
multiple tasks at once and prioritize workload;
Ability to handle power tools such as drill press under direction;
Ability to use proper judgment in selecting which issues to handle
or re-direct; Ability to repeatedly lift and move boxes and
equipment up to 50lbs; Some computer knowledge.
Job Description Summary:
Under close supervision, assists in organizing and executing
routine activities and special projects including cleanup after
projects within the Information Technology Department. Assist with
Inventory of equipment for surplus and disposal. Other duties as
assigned.
