Job Description:
Responsibilities
Works in collaboration with program team and clinical nurse
navigator to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of breast health
program communication and results. Initiates communication of
critical findings and escalates to physician/NP and nurse navigator
for review. Prepares result letters and disseminates to patient and
ordering physician. Responsible for overall cancer screening
workflow processes, administrative duties as assigned, and all
mandated data entry.
