To develop, coordinate, facilitate and analyze functions related to tracking, utilization, ordering and delivery of supplies and equipment for the department. To ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available for the department to care for patients without interruption twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Provides communication and serves as a resource for the department related to supplies and equipment. Works with supply chain and vendors to identify supply and equipment alternatives. Communicates regularly with providers and staff regarding back orders and recalls. Can provide clinical support as needed in the department for procedures and customer service.Either a Registered Cardiovascular Tech, Registered Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist, Registered Allied Health Professional, or Registered NurseBLS and ACLS certification2 years of Cardiac Cath lab experience requiredExtensive knowledge of charging and reimbursement guidelines requiredKnowledge of procedures pertaining to charging for equipment operation and procedure accessoriesStrong aptitude which can pay close attention to the fine detail of the numerous and varied components of correct charging and reimbursement for the departmentPossess time management and high organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsEffective listening skillsAbility to educate and provide instruction to various levels of departmental staff Preferred:Previous experience with ordering
