Our Interventional Radiology team is leading the way in shaping the

Description:
SHIFT: 7 AM-5:30 PM / FULL-TIME / 40 HOURS
Provides quality care to patients receiving diagnostic and
interventional radiology procedures in the interventional suite and
operating room.
Communicates patient's needs and response through appropriate
verbal and written communications.
Ensures documentation is complete and accurate regarding all
aspects of patient care.
Responsible for proper operation of imaging and specialty equipment
as well as keeps abreast of uses of medical devices.
Takes precautions to minimize patient and staff exposure to
radiation.
Assumes responsibility and provides direct care for all procedures
performed in this area.
Ensures that patients have been prepared for procedures; prepares
patients for procedure with proper sterile technique.
Provides quality care to patients during procedures.
Assists with patient and family education.
May support or assist in research and related activities.
Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic
Technology, be registered with the ARRT, and have one (1) year of
clinical experience.
CPR certification required.
