Job Description:
Financial analyst need by premier Commercial Real Estate Firm in
North Atlanta. This Financial Analyst will work directly with the
CFO and brokers to develop models and help drive business
development Job Requirements:Responsibilities include: Create--
-financial models based-- -on analysis to support-- - decision
making. Develop-- -financial plans, budgets and reports for
organizational leaders. Analyzes industry trends and make--
-recommendations based on those trends. Evaluates capital
expenditures and depreciation. Assist in automating reporting and
forecasting tools for more efficient use of data. Research for
brokers regarding strategic markets and strata. Prepare models in
Excel and complete ARGUS runs for commercial real estate. Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
required. 2+ years experience in Financial analyses Advanced Excel
skills Commercial Real Estate experience a plus-- - Experience with
ARGUS a plus
