Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) - Norcross

Elemy is looking for dedicated, compassionate professionals to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). About the Position: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) youll be responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in implementing behavior plans through in-home intervention. Youll assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. Its a rewarding position youll be an important member of a childs care team and will see the results first hand as you help improve that childs life. What Youll Do:

* Provide in-person behavior intervention services * Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans * Collect and record data * Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct * Attend team meetings

What You Bring:

* Minimum high-school degree or equivalent * Must pass background check * Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required * TB test required * Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred * RBT certification
