Job Description Dispatch Coordinator This company in Lawrenceville, GA has a goal of providing world-class technical support to their customers and partners. In the role of Dispatch Coordinator you will be the first point of customer contact and will be quickly and professionally responding to requests for assistance while also representing the face of the company. Job Description: Quickly & efficiently responding to end user/customer/partner requests for technical support Monitoring all inbound communications to ensure that all channels (phone, email, console) are handled promptly. Projecting a professional, can-do attitude in all written & verbal communications Accurately creating customer dispatches to ensure proper downstream handling Adhering to established procedures & protocols to ensure superior customer satisfaction Delivering responsiveness & integrity in all customer communications Accurately documenting, tracking & monitoring dispatches to ensure timely resolution Seeking help from lead staff as needed Escalating to Dispatch management and partners per established procedures Assure the end users that their concerns are being efficiently and diligently addressed to facilitate the correct and proper steps for the most favorable outcome for the user. Actively participating in the shift rotation including weekends, after hours & holidays as needed Performing other duties and projects as assigned Education & Required Experience GED or equivalent industry experience 2 years working in a customer-facing service or support role Required Technical Skills Working knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook & Excel, in particular) Can-do attitude paired with ability & desire to quickly learn new processes and technologies Customer service experience in Salesforce Service Cloud preferred Required Soft Skills Dedication and focus on customer satisfaction and follow-through Strong phone presence coupled with outstanding customer service skills Ability to multi-task; thrive in fast-paced environment Patience in dealing with stress and challenging situations Planning and decision making skills; ability to meet individual & team goals. Excellent teamwork aptitude and skills Strict attention to detail especially in following dispatch process documentation Good writing skills to create relevant, succinct dispatch notes Strong computer skills including typing accurately while on the phone to capture required dispatch information Organized with demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems Manage all internal; external interactions in a professional and courteous manner Pay Rate: $17-19 per hour (Depending on Experience) Shift/Hours: Sunday - Thursday 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Company Description PrideStaff is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day.
