Job Description :
The 'Enterprise Architect - End To End Enterprise Architecture' is part of the DTS - Enterprise Architecture team and will be responsible for planning and integrating business, information, data and technology architecture to create and ensure enterprise solution architecture design is complete and aligned with principles, practices and guidelines of Kimberly-Clark. You will provide technical consulting for complex technology and application environments, encompassing both end-to-end business process/capability understanding and technical expertise. You will act as a source of direction, training and guidance for other team members.
You will be responsible for leading design and best approach practices in road mapping, adopting digital enablers, modern technology, and managing overall Total Cost Of Ownership (TCO).

Responsibilities:

Elaborate the future End To End applications, data and technology stacks supporting modern components that enable rapid application deployment for K-C;
Research and evaluate new and/or alternative E2E solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness, reduce costs and/or system risks and increase speed to market including overseeing Proof of Concepts/Proof of Technologies;
Define the future state End To End reference architecture for Applications, Data and Infrastructure and drive standardization to leverage Enterprise scale with ultimate goal to drive standardization, simplification, reduce Time to Market and lower TCO;
Work in close collaboration with Engineering teams the company SDLC standard framework;
Advise on technical approach for all systems integrating to SAP;
Ensure all key stakeholders are part of the ARB conversation and they Sign-off;
Understand and has deep knowledge of E2E data flow across all systems. Will be able to come up with the As-Is and To-Be End To End architecture;
Engage with Solution Architect thru ARB process, RFI preparation, technical master data assessment etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of continuous experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture
Proven experience in complex architecture design, migration and implementation roadmaps for large CPG companies
Expert understanding of Domain Driven Design and SDLC processes and methodologies
Expert knowledge of contemporary Digital technologies and platforms, including UX, APIs, MicroServices, AI and Machine Learning, Analytics, XaaS.
Proven experience in Agile development methodology
Understand coding in modern languages including mobile app and backend development, data science and information architecture, modern IT architecture modeling, CICD, automation principles and IT security
