Hiring Event- Wednesday, May 18th from 10am- 2pm at the Goodwill Career Center- 1502 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096- Open positions for Quality Inspectors and Material Handlers(No Incentive Pay)!! Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift. Employment Types: Full Time. Pay Rate: $15.00 - $15.50 / hour Duties: Quality Inspectors- 1st Shift- Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm $15hr 2nd Shift- Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am $15.50hrQuality Inspectors must be able to read/edit invoices, be proficient on computers, inspect apparel and fold apparel merchandise.Material Handler- Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm $15hr 2nd Shift- Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am $15.50hr -All work requires long standing and walking periods. -Previous experience in a warehouse environment. -Utilizing devices as needed such as Pallet Jack, and use an RF Scan Gun to scan merchandise into the warehouse inventory, as well as other warehouse or duties may apply.. Position Requirements: Placing folded clothing merchandise in a bag to then be placed in boxes. Applying labels to each bag for identification. Using an RF Scan Gun to scan the merchandise into the warehouse inventory. Place clothing merchandise in boxes; mark boxes with appropriate Brand of merchandise and location in Inventory Requirements: Background Check, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
