People are our most valuable resource - all of our 1,700 employees make a critical impact every day.Responsibilities+ Lead the organization in development and transformation of large sets of data into actionable business insights of a statistical nature + Use curated data sets to help business partners drive efficiency, quality, and savings through the creation of predictive models that help achieve rapid results with minimal manual intervention + Develop and effectively communicate the results of variance analysis in addition to frequent forecasting and budgeting + Execute various ROI & DCF models driving business decisions + Maintain oversight of miscellaneous income drivers and control cross-functional processes + Consolidate input from multiple Finance teams and wholistically comprehend business activity + Provide a steady stream of creative solutions and ideas to improve the business on a regular basis Qualifications+ Two (3) or more years of relevant experience + Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and varying levels of ambiguity + Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to audiences of varying levels of technical knowledge and seniority + Strong understanding of Accounting fundamentals & ability to interpret financial statements + Strong understanding of Finance fundamentals and ability to apply common practices in modeling + Very strong Microsoft Excel skills + A self-learner with the desire to do better and make improvements + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS + Experience with ERP & EPM software, esp.
