With Doxim, clients can communicate reliably and effectively, improve cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and drive increased loyalty and wallet share through personalized omnichannel communications.Position Summary:Process requests for materials and supplies, work inventory, create and file purchase orders, track shipments, find discrepancies and resolve issues with orders. Create and update Excel spreadsheets as assigned. Potential to take on additional responsibilities, Negotiate the best prices on the equipment, materials and other essential items and coordinate payment and delivery details. Purpose: Vendor Relations, Multi-task, Customer Relations (Internal and External), Problem Resolution and Time ManagementResponsibilities:

  • Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders.
  • Gather information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services. Make sure that what was purchased arrives on schedule and meets the purchaser's specifications.
  • Responds to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. Monitor inventory, perform buying duties when necessary, and contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries. They compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to assist in determine the best bid, track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders, and calculate relevant costs (focus on Inventory/Warehousing)
  • Purchase goods and/or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
  • Evaluate and negotiate purchase orders for local vendors
  • Track inventory and restock goods when needed, work closely with CSR Specialist/Warehouse Mgr.Essential skills and experience:
    • Associate degree and work experience in finance or Business preferred.
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, Ability to multitask
    • Strong attention to detail, Commitment to provide quality product
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong team player, Commitment to Company Values and Goals
    • Strong background in Microsoft Office 365 Products (Outlook, Word, Excel – able to create tables, graphs)
    • Good mathematical skillsNon Essential skills and experience:
      • Knowledge of accounting concepts
      • Purchasing Experience in manufacturing and printing industries
      • Experience in Inventory and Warehousing
