Job Description Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM --- 3:30 PM and 1 Saturday a month everyone works 6:30 AM to Noon ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follow standard work instructions to repair automatic taping tools in line with determined quality standards 2. Meet daily production expectations and quotas 3. Recognize quality defects during the assembly process 4. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations 5. Meet all quality specifications 6. Maintain paperwork assigned by any level of management 7. Actively participate in all continuous improvement activities 8. Adhere to all 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) 9. Flexible to cross train for proficiency on a variety of duties 10. Adhere to attendance requirements and flexible to work overtime as required LANGUAGE SKILLS: Able to read, speak and understand English. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Active listener who can give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Able to perform simple math functions such as addition and subtraction.
