This position will partner with marketing and creative teams to provide business insights and help develop analytical tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. This role will build strong business relationships with marketing team members and serve as an analytics subject matter expert for marketing and suppliers. - - This position will own reporting and analytics to internal teams and external suppliers. This position will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, identifying opportunities for marketing and engaging team members to expand support where needed. The role will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, expanding data sources and identifying methods to improve insights and capability for marketing across analytics. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, high-visibility team that is reshaping digital advertising in the world's largest home improvement retailer. -Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:20% - Work with other departments providing analytical insight on business performance.20% - Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements.20% - Analyze web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance.10% - Work with the Web Analyst to provide weekly Web Analytic dashboards.10% - Takes the lead on new programs and initiatives for Web Analytics Team.10% - Provide web analytics strategy to Specialty Channel. Nature and Scope:Reports to Sr ManagerPosition has 0 Direct Reports -Environmental Job Requirements:Environment:1. Located in a comfortable indoor area.   • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and some SAS/SQL required
  • Bachelor's degree in field related to marketing, economics, computer science or statistics
  • Marketing and/or media, focused on ecommerce and retail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze and interpret data
  • Solid quantitative and research skills and proven data interpretation capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to prepare clear and concise leadership-ready documents
  • Strong understanding of retail media cross and up-sell opportunities and analytical insights that help drive best online practices
