Job Description:

Water Extractor and Mold Remediation Technician needed for fast-growing Building Science company in the Cumming, GA area. We are seeking positive attitudes, professional work ethics, and a person with a desire to help others. We are looking for great employees to join us as we grow. Responsibilities:
--- Perform on-site production services, including, but not limited to, water extraction and mold remediation
--- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance no matter what time of day or night
--- Complete job files, including all paperwork, signatures, etc
--- Ensure the project is complete to the customer's satisfaction
--- Speak and interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
--- Perform all projects per company process and IICRC guidelines

Qualifications:
--- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
--- Because we provide a 24-hour emergency service, you must be willing to be on call when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
--- Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record
--- Provide excellent customer service
--- Experience in construction is a plus
--- Able to lift at least 50#
--- Able to wear PPE for extended periods of time
--- Able to work in non-climate controlled environments for extended periods of time
