This position partners closely with IT, Dealer Development, Strategy, and other business stakeholders to capture requirements for BI and dashboarding needs. Responsible for execution of big data and analytics initiatives and implementation of accurate, descriptive & diagnostic analytics for the organization.Digital Business ActivationProvide solution on development of new Digital Business systems or tools Resource for implementation of new Digital Business systems or tool projects, launch plans and trainingCollaborationWork with the SAP and other systems development teams to produce robust solutionsLead UAT processes on the business side Drive requirements, validate data, test for system accuracy, and build reports in OBI or other efficient reporting systemAnalytic Talent DevelopmentManage the organization's analytic competency assessment process, track progress metrics and report out to key stakeholdersLead analytics communities as a forum to share best practices, spark new ideas or approaches, provide coaching and guidance Develop and manage BI & analytics training and certification processes.Develop and manage meet the analyst process to improve analytic competency/skills in the organization.Keep abreast of new BI, analytics and related technology and trends, recommend new approachesBI DeliveryDrive the prioritization, creation and accuracy of dashboards and analytics across the business.Identify core requirements that are needed by the business to manage their performance more effectively, and work with the development team to prioritize them.Lead development of plans, tools, and approaches to ensure successful implementation of reports, dashboards and scorecards to meet Digital Business and organizational objectivesResponsible for leading data mining and data analysis; clearly present complex information in a simple manner, discern business meaning and recommended actions to stakeholdersDrive process improvement and automation projects Participate in data stewardship activities, as needed, supporting development of data management governance and policiesWhat You'll GetCompetitive Total Rewards programsHealth, Dental, and VisionGenerous Company 401(k) MatchFree Telehealth BenefitsVoluntary Supplemental ProgramsCareer and Skill Development SupportMake a direct impact for the success of the organization!What You'll Need to be SuccessfulBachelor's Degree, Business Administration or Management or equivalent3+ years of industry experience in data analytics3+ years of direct experience with Business Intelligence preferred PBIDemonstrates the ability to analyze a large subset of data and provide recommended actions based on the concluded results.
