Structured Query Language (SQL) server skills preferred.Primary
Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and support all technical phases
of instructional applications such as Learning Management System
(LMS) and digital resources. Investigate and evaluate existing and
emerging technologies, consult with outside vendors in resolving
complex modifications to vendor systems, and coordinate?and
perform?acceptance testing for upgrades to software.1.Gather
functional requirements and translate into technical requirements
to ensure success of various projects.2 Investigate and report on
data transactions between various instructional applications.3.
Maintain an awareness of emerging technology regarding standards
and best practices to support division and district-wide mission.4.
Provide analysis and support for various instructional
applications, including Desire to Learn (D2L), Classworks, SAFARI
Montage, and digital textbooks and resources.5. Ensure effective
user and intra-departmental relations.6. Maintain a high degree of
functional competency for all supported applications, including
D2L, Classworks, SAFARI Montage, Learning Tool Interoperability
(LTI), OneRoster, and Microsoft BI.7. Maintain a working
understanding of the customers' departmental functions and school
processes, and how these relate to the supported applications.8.
Maintain documentation as needed for multiple projects.9. Perform
other duties as assigned. Physical Demands:While performing the
duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for
extended periods of time. The employee is also required to talk,
hear, stand, and walk. The employee may be required to use hands to
touch, handle, feel, and/or reach. The employee is occasionally
required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally
