On-Site Installation Supervisor

Job Description:

The main goal of the On-Site Installation Supervisor is to ensure the efficient installation of each customer's new roof. You will ensure the crew has all the materials necessary to complete the project to company standards. You will advise the customer what to expect throughout the installation process and answer any of their questions. Your goal is also to ensure each customer is extremely satisfied with their decision to choose Northpoint Roofing Systems.

• Meet with, or call each customer at the beginning of each installation by 8 am. Determine customer's preferred method of communication.
• Meet with the Crew Leader to verify correct materials needed are on site.
• Give customer midday update and offer a midday walk around if possible.
• Schedule all midday inspections required.
• Complete Installation checklist for each project. i.e. Yard sign installed in the morning.
• Update all accounts properly.
• Review prior weeks installs and inventory counts with Project Supervisor. .
• Achieve at least 4, 5 star google reviews each month.
• Attend weekly accountability meetings with direct supervisor, Chase Jordan.
• Assure all payments are delivered to the office or your supervisor with 48 business hours. .
• Ensure all company equipment in clean and working condition.
• Return all excess materials to supplier weekly.
• Execute the final walk around protocol with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Help implement new and evolving processes for position and company.
• Must be available to work from sun up to sun down on an as needed basis.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be willing to work in varying temperatures.
  • Clean MVR & background check.
  • Construction experienced required.
  • Able to verbally communicate with crew leader, customers, and office staff.
  • Computer literate; comfortable using an iPad.
  • Must be able to work variable hours depending on the size of the job.
  • Dependable.
  • Attention to detail.
