Every way. - AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a -Global Field Quality Lead -to join our -team, in -Duluth, GA or any one of AGCO's manufacturing locations globally. The purpose and scope of the position is to provide leadership globally to support the Global Series and 3rd Party OEM portfolio of products with the Product Problem Resolution process. The primary focus of the role is delivering solutions to the dealer and farmer in the most effective and efficient manner. Improvement in this area will impact the satisfaction and confidence of our customers with their investment in agriculture products offered by AGCO. The incumbent will be responsible for the coordination of product problem resolution for the specified products across all regions and brands of AGCO, working as a central point of contact driving a consistent and thorough approach to problem resolution. The incumbent will work with the various functional groups within the company such as Quality, Engineering, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and all other entities involved in the resolution of machine concerns. - What you will do:

  • - Lead and serve as the single-point-of contact to investigate, define, prioritize, resolve, and implement solutions to chronic product problems for the designated products.
  • Investigate and analyze machine performance data to support identification of product problems in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Facilitate meetings and actions with internal and external stakeholders driving the necessary steps to resolve problems. -
  • Ensure the -system is kept up to date for actions, tasks, flags, etc. to ensure accurate reporting of PPR performance metrics.
  • Drive claim rate and Net Promoter Score machine quality improvement, ensuring coordination with current maintenance and NPI activities. What you will bring: -
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
    • Also accepting technical degree with commensurate on-the-job work experience
    • 4+ years of experience in successfully interfacing with a large organizational structure across multiple support sites, globally.
    • Ability to envision resolutions to product problems that result in the overall advancement of machine quality.
    • Dedicate significant effort and time required for building and sustaining strong working relationships across brands and regions, while working in a role that has a high degree of process management yet no people management responsibilities.
    • Strong technical skills relating to heavy equipment industry, industrial, agricultural, or similar. Incumbent must be self-directed and able to envision process improvements that result in the overall advancement of the problem resolution activity. Incumbent must be able to bring to fruition envisioned improvements by gaining acceptance and concurrence from Global and Regional teams, using managerial skill and discipline where necessary. Significant effort and time commitment is required for building and sustaining strong working relationships across brands and regions, while working in a role that does not have direct management responsibility. Strong ambassadorial skills and mindset are required to create a sustainable and effective working relationship across the brands and regions to ensure the position is effective in the execution of the role.
