**PURCHASING COORDINATOR**

A local home builder is seeking a Project Coordinator to add to their team!

RESPONSIBILIES:

• Coordinator must create and develop project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all stages of the project.
• Ensure that all necessary resources, such as materials, equipment, and labor, are available and allocated effectively to complete the project on time and within budget.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the project runs smoothly. They should provide regular updates to clients about the project's progress and any potential issues that arise.
• They should perform regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that work is being completed correctly and to the appropriate standards.
• The coordinator should identify potential risks to the project and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. They should be able to react quickly to any unexpected issues that arise during the project.
• Manage project costs and ensure that the project stays within budget. They should monitor expenses and adjust the project plan as necessary to keep costs under control.
