The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.****About the role****As an assistant manager for Weee! you will oversee and ensure success with our daily outbound warehouse operations while supervising the staff in our Milpitas l ocation. ****Responsibilities:***** Develop performance matrix and achieve performance goals to exceed customer expectations * Lead and identify process improvement to optimize operation of warehouse * Maintain a safe work environment while ensuring team members to correctly follow operational procedures and instructions. * Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and bottleneck of warehouse operation * Utilize operational data to track and evaluate team performance in order to achieve continuous improvement of operations * Forecast the cost and usage of materials by developing labor plans to calculate labor cost of the teams **Qualifications **:***** 3 years of warehouse/retail experience preferred* High School Diploma* Bilingual in Chinese/Spanish and English a huge plus* Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills are a must* Accuracy and attention to detail is a must**Physical Requirements **:***** Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
