We specialize in industrial and commercial projects, excelling in HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations across Metro Atlanta and Georgia.Why join us?MedicalPaid VacationPaid HolidaysPTO Days (Personal Time Off)Company Phone (after 90 days)401kJob DetailsPosition Overview:Directly reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this role involves aiding in daily office and field operations, estimates, written proposals, subcontractor and vendor ordering, job scheduling, and project closure documentation.Primary Duties:Provide technical backing to Project ManagerDevelop and uphold project budget and cost recordsExecute change orders and support Project Manager with related paperworkCoordinate and oversee schedule updates, invoices, and submittalsAid in overseeing contractors' progress schedulesEvaluate weekly and monthly reports on contract status and advancements, encompassing project costs and potential alterationsMonitor Certificates of Compliance, Warranties, and GuaranteesContribute to and review project scopes and subcontractsSupport Quality Control activities, e.g., inspections, punch listsCollaborate in maintaining project documents (e.g., RFI's, Buyout Logs, Submittals, Receivables, Schedules)Assist Project Manager in managing and revising Project Budgets, Work Authorizations, and Payment ApplicationsHelp create and update project schedulesAssist Project Executive in entitlements, pre-construction, and estimating responsibilities (as needed, primarily in the main office)Provide aid in various construction tasks as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field2 years of project experience is preferredProficient communicator (Verbal/Written)Exceptional organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, and OutlookFamiliarity with ITB softwareStrong team playerDetail-focusedSelf-driven and ready to shoulder assigned tasksKnowledgeable about CAD softwareAdherence to corporate policies and proceduresConducting all activities with a focus on safetyInterested in hearing more?
