objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on
providing consulting services for Workday human capital management
(HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement
HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for
seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications.
Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their
human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve
their strategic objectives.

The OpportunityAs part of the Workday Human Capital team, you
streamline HR policies, practices, and processes to transform the
HR organization. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex
problems, mentor others, and maintain the utmost standards while
building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding
of the business context. You support Workday Learning and other HCM
modules, aligning HR strategy with business strategies and
configuring Workday Learning to meet business

workWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- 4 years of Workday
product experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Master's Degree in Business
Administration/Management, Human Resources Management,
Organizational Management, or Computer and Information Science
preferred- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably
Learning and/or Engagement Manager certification- Streamlining HR
policies and processes- Aligning HR strategy with business
strategies- Supporting Workday Learning and other HCM modules-
Configuring Workday Learning and HCM modules- Providing industry
knowledge and leading practices- Participating in client
discussions and meetings- Creating an atmosphere of trust and
seeking diverse views

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus
individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For
roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range
for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be
dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications
and location, and applicable employment laws. PwC offers a wide
