Customer Sales Specialist role is to improve the overall efficiency
of the medium segment renewals, manage sales requests from partners
for existing customers. This role will be the first point of
contact for customers via an active inbound phone queue and be a
first point of contact for partners. They will have as assigned
portfolio to manage of renewal under 4K. The Customer Sales
Specialist will be a local expert on sales process and order
management for the CAMs they are aligned to support. Key
ResponsibilitiesManages renewal process for Accounts with Renewal
Value Dedicated to phone queue for customers to call into for L1
sales questions Manage sales submittal processes: License orders,
upgrades, downgrades, ISVs and any additional add on. First level
Save conversation: tracks and reports on all renewals that miss
their renewal date and collaborate with winback Works with Order to
Cash team on matching payments Works with Business Care and Sales
Ops to follow up on missing payments of orders Create subscription
migration quotes for CAMS and Partners Generate qualified leads for
SPC, SHP and Sage Intacct Participates in daily huddles with CAMs
Experience: - 2 - 3+ years inside sales, operational or customer
support experience - Excellent organizational and communication
skills - Fundamental Microsoft Office and computer skills - Detail
orientated, with strong organizational and time management skills -
Strong propensity for learning new systems and processes for
development - Project Management experience Preferred: - Numerical
abilities and problem-solving attitude - 1+ year project management
experience - Software - SaaS industry experience Technical /
professional qualifications: - Inside Sales experience
