Yancey Bros Co is currently looking for qualified candidates
interested in an Administrative role with our Service Department.
As part of the Sales and Leadership Training Program you will start
out as Service Coordinator where you will learn about our company,
customers, and the daily operation of our Service Department.
The Sales and Leadership Trainees go through our 'Boot Camp' where
you will attend job related training events, meet different members
of our organization and job shadow. At the end of the Boot Camp,
you will work through your role as a Service Coordinator, gaining
valuable experience, with the goal of moving into a Field Service
Coordinator/Dispatcher in the future.
Who We Are Looking For:To be successful in this position you should
be organized, possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to
provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction
and work in a team environment is essential to this position as
- Two or Four Year degree in a related field preferred.
Significant experience in the heavy equipment industry will also be
- Long-term interest in future administrative or sales
opportunities with Yancey Bros. Co. is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in prior work or volunteer
- For experienced professionals, previous work history in
administrative or customer service focused roles
- Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to
- High energy and strong work ethic required.
- Ability to effectively communicate service solutions over
telephone and through technology.
