Yancey Bros Co is currently looking for qualified candidates interested in a Sales career. As part of the Sales and Leadership Training Program you will start out as an Inside Sales Representative where you will learn about our company, customers and equipment, then move into a Sales Associate role.
The Sales and Leadership Trainees go through our 'Boot Camp' where you will attend Sales and Leadership training, meet different members of our organization and job shadow. At the end of the Boot Camp, you will work through your role as the Inside Sales Rep, gaining valuable experience, with the goal of moving into a Sales Associate role at the end of the program.
Who We Are Looking For:To be successful in this position you should have a strong interest in learning about sales, be willing to discuss with customers their account and needs for additional equipment and collaborate with Yancey Sales Reps to develop and deliver solutions for our customers. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well. -Education/Experience:

• Two or Four Year degree in a related field preferred. -Significant experience in the heavy equipment industry will also be acceptable. -Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • Long-term interest in future sales opportunities with Yancey Bros. Co. is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in prior work experience.
  • For experienced professionals, previous work history in sales, parts, or rental sales is preferred.
  • Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to customer requirements.
  • High energy and strong work ethic required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales, parts, and service solutions over telephone and through technology.
