The primary purpose of this position is to be the primary lead in Order to Cash's transformative move from ECC to S/4 Hana.The FBS Manager, Order to Cash Business Process is a role that will support THD in building up the next generation of Financial Business Services. This person has a great strategic mindset, being able to create, communicate and guide the process and the team to a world-class future state. The individual in this role has solid knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana, how to consolidate, improve and transform Order to Cash into a highly automated and analytical process.The FBS Manager, Order to Cash Business Process will support the Senior Manager of Order to Cash FBS Business Process to execute on strategies and delivery of transformational and innovative projects. This role will specifically help lead the initiative to move OTC to S/4 Hana as well as support other various transformational projects. This role will bring an entrepreneurial spirit by looking deeply into the process, identifying improvement and transformational activities and challenge the teams to try new ways of working. This may include standardizing or automating process steps, harmonizing data for consistent processing and reporting, creating documentation to assist in new initiatives, identify and implementing new tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall service delivery. - This role will lead transformational projects and support the planning, execution and allocation of resources needed to run the project. This role will be instrumental in the successful transformational transition of OTC to S/4 Hana. - Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: 10% Collaboration - Leverages prior experiences to help develop and recommend solutions; Effectively develops trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams in other towers; Collaborates with appropriate team members to gather input and feedback concerning business needs; Understands the technical needs required for successfully tackling business problems 10% Continuous Improvements & Controls - Participates in the continuous improvement of FBS processes by developing scalable and innovative solutions; Maintains Internal Controls and drive the team through required compliance; Ensures appropriate processes and job-specific requirements are properly documented; Works closely with controls and compliance teams 40% Operational Duties & Oversight - Monitors the team's progress against departmental goals; Monitors team's daily activities and has a close track of SLAs; Plans and executes month end/year end processes; Leads regular team calls to address operational topics, improvements and projects that require monitoring and resolution; Work with internal and external customers for improving service levels and solving operational issues across the process; Fosters continuous improvement and innovation by challenging and empowering teams by giving them guidance and tools for developing automations and building insights for the business; Oversees the administration of financial policies; Serves as escalation for an risks or issues; Provides updates and recommendation to leaders at all levels of the organization on short- and long-term objectives and policies, program effectiveness, team accomplishments, summary of findings, and explain internal and external impacts 30% People Management & Team Leadership - Provides leadership, mentorship and coaching to direct reports (individual contributors); Provides guidance on daily basis, keeps connected and communicates with the team; Provides performance reviews and timely feedback to direct reports regarding performance, execution, and contribution; Recruits and hires staff; Manages the different team members with respect for all people, coaching them for bringing up the strengths and skills that will set a successful group of highly motivated and strong performers; Fosters collaboration with team members; Develops a supportive and engaged team 10% Strategy & Business Development - Manages transformational projects from planning to execution and post action review; Shares insight and ideas on how to continue to evolve processes and increase efficiency; Drives adoption of leading-edge techniques and methods, both predictive and prescriptive; Allows team members to develop new skills Nature and Scope: This Position typically reports to FBS Sr Manager This Position has 6 Direct Reports Environmental Job Requirements: Environment: 1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Additional Environmental Job Requirements:Standard Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Additional Minimum Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a master's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years Certifications & Licenses: Certified Public Accountant designation preferred Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Additional Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field is preferred
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or other designation (e.g., CPA, CMA)
  • Experience working with a BPO/SSC/GBS organization is highly desired
  • Experience with implementing OTC processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Hana is highly desired
  • Experience in different innovative technologies like RPA, AI, Machine Learning, and business query & analytics tools is highly desired
  • Ability to identify and drive transformation efforts through direct and indirect influence.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong ability to lead change management efforts for new system implementations -
  • Being part of transformation and leading large OTC initiatives to implement ERP and other solutions (i.e. S/4 Hana)
  • The person in this role will be a dynamic leader with abilities to adapt quickly and lead through momentous change
