We are currently looking for a motivated, goal-oriented, outgoing inside sales representative to help us grow our business with an opportunity to advance in our company! Not a remote position, it is in office.*THIS POSITION IS PART TIME!*Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:Demonstrate knowledge of all of our services and promotions to new and existing customersContact new and existing customers to discuss their lawn care and pest control needs and answer any questions they may haveMaintain contact files and follow up with customers to continue relationshipsAchieve weekly/monthly sales goalsUse excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customersAnswers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concernsQualifications for Inside Sales Representative:Comfortable talking to people on the phone for extended periods of timeAbility to not only meet, but to exceed sales goals and budgetsPossess superior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyAbility to maintain and personify our core values - positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed1+ years of sales experience is preferred, but not requiredHigh school degree or equivalentStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, a plus!The position is Monday - Friday, hours may vary based on availability and possible Saturdays.
