Job Description:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Lawrenceville, GA.PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Sales Representative will build relationships with existing
customers, maximize profitability, identify and develop new leads,
educate prospects and attract new long-term accounts.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Cultivate new business using various
sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, LinkedIn,
Seamless ai, etc.).Partner closely with the sales leadership to
undertake strategic, revenue-generating initiatives.Develop and
implement strategic sales plans within market to meet or exceed
quarterly revenue targets.Maintain an open line of communication
with immediate supervisor by reporting field activity, customer
relations, and current status of accounts.Maintain pipeline
opportunities and log all activity in the designated customer
relationship management (Salesforce) system.Develop and maintain an
expert level of knowledge of company solutions and competition in
the market.Attain and maintain adequate knowledge of competing
products.Attain and maintain adequate knowledge of the Peachtree
Packaging and Display, Inc. Systems, and processes.Creatively
troubleshoot issues in order to meet customer needsSolicit feedback
and requirements from customers to provide key input on product
improvements and new products.Be proficient and responsive with
communicationStrive for 100% customer satisfaction
ratingParticipate in ongoing training to increase professional
growth and job effectivenessFollow and enforce established
department policies, procedures, work instructions and safety and
environmental guidelines.Performs other duties and/or
responsibilities as assigned. -EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in in Marketing,
Business Administration, or a technical field.
EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of Industrial or
Manufacturing outside sales experience or other relevant field
-experience within the packaging (corrugated, SBS/chipboard, etc.)
and/or printing (flexographic, digital print, and/or offset
printing) -industries preferred.B2B sales experience preferred.CORE
COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of market research, sales
and negotiating principles.Excellent written and oral communication
skills Strong planning, organizational, and time-management
skills.Ability to effectively prioritize and follow through on
competing initiatives and issues across different accounts.A
competitive self-motivator and self-starter comfortable working in
a fast-paced and dynamic environment and has strong aptitude for
learning.Excellent presentation skills and ability to build
relationships.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented
environment.Strong business acumen.Enthusiastic and
passionate.Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to travel
as required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Standing, walking, talking, hearing,
and vision are required over 90% of the time. -Sitting is required
less than 90% of the time. Feeling is required 75% of the time,
while twisting, reaching is required about 20% of the time. -Low
levels of lifting (10 pounds or less) is required about 5% of the
time, while medium levels of lifting and carrying (20 to 50 pounds)
are required less than 5% of the time.This job description does not
