Customer Service Representative - CSR An ADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next Customer Service to join our team in our Duluth, GA 30096 location. Who We Are: We are an international leader in industrial vibration technology, providing clients around the world with industrial vibrators, electric vibrators, pneumatic vibrators, concrete consolidation, and a vast range of products designed to adapt to multiple applications in the widest range of industrial sectors. About the Role: The CSR is responsible for interacting with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services. May manage and resolve general complaints. What you'll do:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Processes PO's/send order confirmations. Manages quotes. Sends pick tickets to be shipped. Calculates pick tickets $ and EOD $. Answers phones. Processes RMA's. Answers customer questions. Gives tracking info to customers. Set-ups and schedules customer pickups/schedule LTLs. Set-ups new accounts and new bill to's. Sends invoices to customers. Processes commercial invoices for Canadian customers. Processes CC payments in Authorize.net when needed. Assists sales. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Our Perfect Candidate Education and Experience: High school diploma or Associate Degree Must be proficient in English, especially in speaking. Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Applications i.e., Outlook and Word. Ability to use Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents. Proficiency in SAP customer service modules or similar, and eager to learn and will train. Required Abilities and Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines. You are highly organized with outstanding diligence. Individual who is creative and offers innovative ideas. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Flexibility to lead and thrive in a challenging and fast changing environment. Company Offers: Annual salary range is $40k to $45k, will be commensurate with experience and education. Some remote working hours are available after 90-day trial period.
