$75,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities: Gather local
community information to be able to answer any questions from your
client about potential homes Prospect for new leads to promote new
business Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create
a quick and easy closing process Consult with buyer and seller
clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications: Great communication and social skills Driven,
self-motivated and desires professional growth Willingness to learn
new tools, systems, and technologies A successful and proven sales
history is preferred Show good organizational and time management
skills An active Georgia Real Estate License is required
Outstanding past sales experience Social media savvy Strong desire
for a 6-figure income Be willing and have the desire to be held
