Job Description:
Develop long term customer relationships, while promoting
retention and loyalty Manage expansion while working with Strategic
Government Account Manager on opportunities and renewals for
Federal agencies and Government Integrators. Analyze usage metrics
to understand customers’ usage Contact customers and resellers
throughout the life cycle to identify potential growth
opportunities. Maintain long-term account health and relationships;
Work with customers to ensure satisfaction and happiness Drive
product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and
optimization strategies for maximum value and success Use
Salesforce and another sales enablement tools To be a Government
ISR you need 1 years of Federal Government sales experience
Experience in managing and owning the full sales cycle from lead to
close Quota carrying experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
