HR leaders across middle market companies. What: Drive awareness of
search and staffing services, generate leads, and promote Audit,
Tax, and Advisory offerings across multiple industries. Where:
Middle market clients spanning Food & Beverage, Manufacturing &
Distribution, Media & Advertising, Entertainment, Nonprofits,
Private Equity, and Real Estate. When: Immediate need for a dynamic
individual capable of consistently engaging clients and driving
business growth. Why: To expand the client base, increase revenue,
and provide tailored staffing and recruiting solutions that meet
client needs. Salary: Base plus uncapped commission, with
additional benefits and bonuses. Job Summary / Description: The
Business Development Manager plays a critical role in client
acquisition and relationship management for the firm’s search and
staffing services. This role focuses on identifying new business
opportunities, building strong client relationships, and
coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align
with client objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive,
competitive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and sell staffing and recruiting
solutions by contacting potential clients. Schedule and attend
client meetings to generate and expand business opportunities.
Develop and maintain client relationships through cold calling and
prospecting. Negotiate fees and close deals in alignment with
company goals. Represent the firm professionally in all
interactions, including networking events and activities outside
normal business hours. Qualifications: Four-year degree or
equivalent experience in sales, business development, or
recruiting. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal
skills and ability to connect with others. Competitive,
